Can I try before I buy?

Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier during the trial.

What happens when I hit my prompt limit?

You'll be notified and can upgrade your plan instantly. Existing prompts keep running — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade. No data is lost.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, save 20% with annual billing on all paid plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.

Can I change or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when downgrading.

Which AI engines do you monitor?

HyperFound monitors ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, and Grok. The Free plan includes ChatGPT, Starter includes 3 engines, and Pro/Scale plans include all 6.

How does the adjustable tracking frequency work?

Pro and Scale plans let you increase tracking frequency from daily down to hourly. Higher frequency uses more of your prompt budget — for example, scanning every 12 hours means each prompt uses 2 scans per day instead of 1. This gives you control over the freshness vs. coverage trade-off.

How does revenue attribution work?

Install our lightweight tracking script (one line of code), connect Google Analytics 4, and HyperFound automatically detects AI-referred visits using referrer analysis, UTM parameters, and user agent detection. Each conversion is attributed back to the originating AI engine.

What's included in the Enterprise plan?

Custom everything — unlimited prompts, brands, competitors, custom integrations, dedicated support, SLA, and SOC 2 compliance. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and get a custom quote.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase for database infrastructure with row-level security. API keys are encrypted with AES-256. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, you can downgrade or cancel at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
